摘要：本文是有关初中英语教学新课程改革下“三环节自主互动”教学模式的调查研究，此模式已经在大中学被广泛使用。《英语课程标准》要求：“教学应该以学生和学生的发展为中心，让学生在教师的指导下，感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式实现学习目标。”
合作学习是一种全新的教学模式，它主张教师应该把学生培养成自主学习者。同时，学生也期待在合作学习这种新的教学模式下他们能够转变和超越自己。在合作学习过程中进行情感和策略调整，以形成学生积极的学习态度。在合作学习中，教师向学生提供运用语言和与他人交流的机会。在整个学习过程中，教师要发展学生的听，说，读，写技能。最的是要发展学生交流，咨询和合作的技能。合作学习能激发学生对英语学习的兴趣和热情，培养小组合作精神和技能；另外，合作学习还能够增强学生的自信心和自尊心。

1.The Explanation of the Teaching Model
Whether the rural education,especially those in less developed areas could take proper measures suited to local conditions to break the restriction of all sorts of deep rooted problems with an aim of taking a way of education reform following the principle of human centered,care of life and support for well educational ecology Under current situation of rural communities,whether the concept and strategy of new curricula of basic education could be fully carried out To this question,Dulangkou Middle School in Chiping(a county in Liaocheng city,Shandong province)gives a positive response.
In 2008,school leaders of Jiang County Xianzhi Middle School went to Dulangkou Middle School for visual learning of their course model.Dulangkou Middle School is a rural school located in under developed areas with poor facilities,low-teaching level,and lower quality students.All sectors of the society still overlook the education with a mundane vision,but this school makes lots of pioneering achievements with extraordinary courage.One of these achievements includes the 336 autonomous learning model giving prominence to students in class.The 336 model refers to the three features of independent learning:;cloverleaf,high-capacity and fast pace;the three module of independent learning: preview,present and feedback;the six stages of classroom demonstration: preview exchange，set specific goals,work in group,show and promotion,punctuated consolidation and attainment detection.After coming back from Dulangkou Middle School,our school leaders build our own teaching model,three stages of independence-interactive classroom teaching model,through research and discussion.
The three stages are: target preview,exchange and present,practice and feedback.With concepts of independence,cooperation,exploration and creation,the purpose of this teaching model is to make every student learn the methods of learning which means to learn how to preview,how to communicate,how to cooperate,how to present，how to listen and how to innovate.
